If your Card Account Details have recently changed, please print and complete the American Express Cardmember Information Update Form.

Please be sure to sign your Information Update Form and accompany it with photocopies of your Passport and a government-issued ID (i.e. Your latest Social Security, CPR, Tabia, Work Permit, Driving License or Civil ID Card.)

For your convenience, you can submit these items back to us through any of the following options:

  • Dropping off your Form and documentation to your nearest American Express Middle East Local Office
  • Emailing scanned copies of your Form and documentation to us at aecu@americanexpress.com.bh
